No need to create an account to make a purchase. You can either check out as a guest or create an account to keep track of prior orders, promotions and kratom updates.
5. What is Ketum Cultures shipping policy ?
Our office is located in Torrance, CA and orders ship same day Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Orders submitted before 2pm will ship same day. Estimated delivery depends on delivery location. Priority shipping is usually 3-5 days. First Class is usually 5-10 days and Express is usually 1-3 days.
7. Is my card info safe?
We use secured card processing and don't store any card information. If processing by phone, card payments are not saved. Future phone orders must provide card information again to process the order.
2. Why my card payment is failing?

6. What is Ketum Culture's return/refund policy?
Not satisfied with your order? You can return your parcel within 7 days of purchase by contacting us and package must unopened for the return to be accepted. The purchaser must also pay for the return label. Once you create a return label, drop the product at any specified post offices (in an untampered and original packing). After we receive the product back, our team will closely inspect the condition, and the amount will be fully or partially reimbursed (depending) via the same method you chose to pay through.
